I’ve coached over 100 founders, scaled multiple companies, and I still light up every time someone messages me saying, “I finally feel like myself again.”

Before I was mentoring founders or running all of my businesses, I spent 13 years in the military including four deployments overseas.  I learned how to lead under pressure, adapt quickly, and connect with people across cultures, even in the most high-stakes environments.

That experience taught me resilience. It also taught me that strong leadership starts with knowing who you are and how to own your space.  Today, I mentor purpose-led business owners who are ready to get out of survival mode and start building something that actually reflects who they are. I help them reconnect with their values, cut the noise, and make confident, aligned decisions. 

Everything I do from my own businesses to private mentoring is grounded in one mission: helping people take bold action without burning out, and build a life and business that actually feels good to live in.
